针对缩尺模型制作,利用Patran软件对实船桅杆原型和简化后的模型进行数值仿真,从振动和结构刚度两个方面与桅杆原型对比,依次考虑01甲板下横舱壁、围住桅杆的各分层甲板以及分层甲板之间舱室隔板的影响,结果表明,各分层甲板以及分层甲板之间的舱室隔板对桅杆的结构性能影响较大。考虑缩尺模型制作焊接局限,对分层甲板之间的舱室隔板进行等效简化,简化后的模型与桅杆原型吻合较好。
針對縮呎模型製作,利用Patran軟件對實船桅桿原型和簡化後的模型進行數值倣真,從振動和結構剛度兩箇方麵與桅桿原型對比,依次攷慮01甲闆下橫艙壁、圍住桅桿的各分層甲闆以及分層甲闆之間艙室隔闆的影響,結果錶明,各分層甲闆以及分層甲闆之間的艙室隔闆對桅桿的結構性能影響較大。攷慮縮呎模型製作銲接跼限,對分層甲闆之間的艙室隔闆進行等效簡化,簡化後的模型與桅桿原型吻閤較好。
침대축척모형제작,이용Patran연건대실선외간원형화간화후적모형진행수치방진,종진동화결구강도량개방면여외간원형대비,의차고필01갑판하횡창벽、위주외간적각분층갑판이급분층갑판지간창실격판적영향,결과표명,각분층갑판이급분층갑판지간적창실격판대외간적결구성능영향교대。고필축척모형제작한접국한,대분층갑판지간적창실격판진행등효간화,간화후적모형여외간원형문합교호。
Pre-research of simplify of integrated mast is carried out based on the construction of the scaled model .Numerical simulation of vibration and structural stiffness is taken and compared to the original mast .The results indicate that the effect of every deck and bulkhead to structure performance of mast is remarkable after considering transverse bulkhead under 01 deck, ev-ery deck enclosure mast and cabin bulkhead between them .Cabin bulkhead between every deck is equivalently simplified consid-ering the limit of welding for making scale model , which agrees well comparing to original mast .
