SOFC%seal paste%compressive seal
以Al2O3和Al微粉为主要原料,制备了适用于固体氧化物燃料电池(SOFC)的Al2O3基压密封材料,包括流延带和浆料两类。通过添加2wt.%鯡鱼油作分散剂使浆料获得最佳流动性和分散效果。通过流延带和浆料的密封组合方式降低SOFC电堆的装配难度,提高其密封可靠性,并模拟实际工作环境进行了密封材料测试。实验结果表明,在1psi的通气压力下,这种组合式Al2O3基密封材料的漏气率为0.016 sccm/cm,满足密封性要求。在工作温度下其电阻率为7.5×104Ω·cm,满足绝缘性要求。通过扫描电镜和X射线衍射对测试后的密封材料进行微观形貌和相结构分析。

The Al2O3-based compressive seal is mainly composed of Al2O3 and Al ifne powders for SOFC, including seal tape and paste. The seal paste gets best lfuidity and dispersity with 2wt.%menhaden oil as dispersant. The lfexible seal that combines seal tape and paste can effectively reduce the dififculty level of assembling the SOFC stack and improve the reliability of seal. The real operation situation is simulated and the leakage test is done. The results show that the leak rate of this combination seal is 0.016sccm/cm under 1 psi input gas pressure and it can meet the requirement for seal. The resistivity is about 7.5×104Ω?cm at operation temperature and meets the requirement for insulation. Microstructure and phase structure of seal are tested through SEM and XRD.
