叙述了向家坝水电站右岸电站引水发电系统进水口拦污栅门机轨道梁的体型优化设计,从梁的施工方法和工程工期分析,将现浇梁改为预制梁。优化后的轨道梁按叠合梁结构进行设计,按《水工混凝土结构设计规范》进行了配筋计算,对梁接头部位进行了处理。优化后梁的施工便捷,节省工期,保证施工安全,为门机轨道梁的设计提供了一条新的途径。

In this paper , the optimum design of the outline of the rail girder for the gantry crane of the trashrack at power intake on right bank, Xiangjiaba Hydropower Project, is described.In view of the analysis on the construction methods and construction period of the girder, the cast-in-situ girder is changed to the precast one.The optimized rail girder is designed according to the structure of the com-posite one, reinforcement is arranged based on requirements of Design Code for Hydraulic Concrete Structures and the girder joint is trea-ted.Construction of the optimized girder is convenient, the construction period is shortened, and the construction safety is secured.This optimization paves a new way for the design of the rail girder for the gantry crane.
