The purpose of teaching quality assurance system is to examine the higher education quality from all respects through the whole teaching process, which is to guarantee the improvement and stabilization of teaching quality. The connotation and characteristics of terching quality assurance system is expounded. The construction of teaching quality assurance system in university is analyzed based on the concept of TQM and ISO9000, combining with the reality of university teaching quality assurance system.
