中国是重要的航天大国，中国的空间事业已逐渐呈现出市场化、国际化的发展趋势。但我国目前的空间立法存在着调整范围狭窄、体制机制落后、规范层级过低等问题，严重影响了空间事业的快速发展。在空间法的建设过程中，应以航天基本法为核心、航天单行法为重要补充，建立一个科学的空间法体系，规范和调整国内、国际的空间事务。
중국시중요적항천대국，중국적공간사업이축점정현출시장화、국제화적발전추세。단아국목전적공간입법존재착조정범위협착、체제궤제락후、규범층급과저등문제，엄중영향료공간사업적쾌속발전。재공간법적건설과정중，응이항천기본법위핵심、항천단행법위중요보충，건립일개과학적공간법체계，규범화조정국내、국제적공간사무。
China is a strong country with major aerospace powers .The aerospace enterprise of China presents the development trend of the marketing and internationalization .However , the aerospace legislations in China have many clear shortcomings such as the narrow application scope , the outdated systems , mechanism and the lowers legislative subjects and so on .All the shortcomings become serious hinders to the rapid development of aerospace enterprise .During the process of perfecting China ’ s aerospace law systems , the basic law of aerospace should be the basis on which all separate laws of aerospace should be enacted or perfected .Therefore, all the domestic and international aerospace affairs will be regulated under China ’ s law.
