2012年我国《刑事诉讼法》修订时对一审简易程序所做的大幅修改，总体上看理性而符合实际、有利于我军战时刑事诉讼，但同时也带来一些新的问题和挑战。建议完善相关军事法规中的战时适用一审简易程序规定，取消相关军事法规中的战时适用一审普通程序简化审理方式规定，同时重视和加强我军未来战时一审简易程序下的公诉工作。

The Criminal Procedural Law of China was amended in 2012 , the summary procedure of first in-stance ( SPFI) of which had been largely modified .Generally, the modification is reasonable and practical , which is conducive to the military criminal procedure in wartime , but it caused some new problems and challenges . Therefore, It is important to propose such proposals as perfecting the relevant military law and regulations on appli -cation of SPFI in wartime , canceling the regulation on simplifying the application of general procedure of first in-stance in wartime , emphasizing and strengthening the lawsuit work of our Army based on SPFI in the future war .
