针对绞吸式挖泥船绞刀的磨损快和挖掘效率低等实际工程问题,对挖泥船绞刀进行切削受力分析,建立绞刀作用力计算模型,利用数值计算方法计算绞刀在不同切削角和包角条件下的作用力,得到了绞刀的切削角、包角与其受力之间的影响关系,给出绞刀切削角和包角的优化理论值范围。

To the technical problems of that the cutter of suction dredger wears quickly and its cutting efficiency is lower , the cutting theory is applied to form the cutter forces model to analyze cutter loads .The forces are calculated by numerical method on different operation condition , and the impact relationship between the cutter performance and its cutting angle and area angle is analyzed, so as to obtain the optimal value range of cutting angle and area angle .
