目的：研究核苷酸切除修复交叉互补组1（ ERCC1）和TUBB3编码的β-tubulin-Ⅲ（3型β微管蛋白）在卵巢上皮性癌中的表达情况、病理特征及其临床意义，为个体化治疗提供一定的理论依据。方法本研究主要通过逆转录-实时荧光定量反应（ RTq-PCR）方法检测上皮性卵巢癌组织中ER-CC1和TUBB3 mRNA的表达情况，进一步分析上皮性卵巢癌临床病理特征与ERCC1，TUBB3的关系及二者之间的相关性。结果 ERCC1和TUBB3在上皮性卵巢癌中均呈高表达，表达率分别为28．21％（22/78）和29．49％（23/78）。单因素分析ERCC1、TUBB3基因在上皮性卵巢癌高表达患者中仅与残余肿物大小有关（ P＜00．5），二者与其他临床病理因素无关。 ERCC1和TUBB3在上皮性卵巢癌中表达水平呈正相关（r ＝0．4249，P＜0．05）。结论上皮性卵巢癌组织存在不同水平的ERCC1和TUBB3基因mRNA，二者在癌组织中表达密切相关。 ERCC1、TUBB3基因在上皮性卵巢癌中的表达与残余肿物大小呈正相关。
목적：연구핵감산절제수복교차호보조1（ ERCC1）화TUBB3편마적β-tubulin-Ⅲ（3형β미관단백）재란소상피성암중적표체정황、병리특정급기림상의의，위개체화치료제공일정적이론의거。방법본연구주요통과역전록-실시형광정량반응（ RTq-PCR）방법검측상피성란소암조직중ER-CC1화TUBB3 mRNA적표체정황，진일보분석상피성란소암림상병리특정여ERCC1，TUBB3적관계급이자지간적상관성。결과 ERCC1화TUBB3재상피성란소암중균정고표체，표체솔분별위28．21％（22/78）화29．49％（23/78）。단인소분석ERCC1、TUBB3기인재상피성란소암고표체환자중부여잔여종물대소유관（ P＜00．5），이자여기타림상병리인소무관。 ERCC1화TUBB3재상피성란소암중표체수평정정상관（r ＝0．4249，P＜0．05）。결론상피성란소암조직존재불동수평적ERCC1화TUBB3기인mRNA，이자재암조직중표체밀절상관。 ERCC1、TUBB3기인재상피성란소암중적표체여잔여종물대소정정상관。
Objective To investigate the expression of Excision repair cross complement goup 1 and β-Tubulin-Ⅲ in ovarian epithelial carcinoma and their correlation with pathological characteristics as well as clinical significance , thus to provide theoretical basis for ovarian epithelial carcinoma individualized treatment . Methods The mRNA expressions of ERCC1 and TUBB3 in ovarian epithelial cancer tissues were detected by reverse transcription real -time fluorescence quantitative reactin (RTq-PCR).We analyzed the correlation of the expression of ERCC1 mRNA and TUBB3 mRNA and clinical pathological features of patients .Results ERCC1 and TUBB3 positively expressed in epithelial ovarian cancer .The rate of high expression of ERCC 1 was 28.21%(22/78)and that of TUBB3 high expression was 29.49%(23/78).By univariate analysis,high expression of ER-CC1 mRNA and TUBB3 mRNA was only correlated with the size of residual mass (P<0.05),but not other clinical and pathological features.ERCC1 and TUBB3 expression was moderately correlated with each other (r=0.4249,P<0.05).Conlc usion ERCC1 and TUBB3 positively expresses in epithelial ovarian cancer and they are correlated with each other .High expression of ERCC 1 mRNA and TUBB3 mRNA is positively correlated with the size of resid-ual mass .
