为改善进气道出口流场畸变对燃烧室性能的不良影响,开展了气动格栅设计。采用数值模拟方法,对扩压器、带气动格栅扩压器、扩压器-燃烧室和带气动格栅扩压器-燃烧室的三维流场进行了数值模拟。结果表明,进气道出口流场畸变,使扩压器出口流场均匀性变差,存在大面积的低速区和分离区;燃烧发生在火焰稳定器上游,燃烧室边区也出现大面积燃烧,导致组件容易被烧毁和组织燃烧性能变差;气动格栅能有效改善扩压器出口流场的均匀性,改善燃烧室性能。
為改善進氣道齣口流場畸變對燃燒室性能的不良影響,開展瞭氣動格柵設計。採用數值模擬方法,對擴壓器、帶氣動格柵擴壓器、擴壓器-燃燒室和帶氣動格柵擴壓器-燃燒室的三維流場進行瞭數值模擬。結果錶明,進氣道齣口流場畸變,使擴壓器齣口流場均勻性變差,存在大麵積的低速區和分離區;燃燒髮生在火燄穩定器上遊,燃燒室邊區也齣現大麵積燃燒,導緻組件容易被燒燬和組織燃燒性能變差;氣動格柵能有效改善擴壓器齣口流場的均勻性,改善燃燒室性能。

In order to alleviate the negative effect of the air intake outflow distortion on ramjet combustor performance, aerodynamic grids were designed. The flow field of diffuser and diffuser-combustor with/with-out aerodynamic gird was simulated with a 3D numerical study. The results show that, for the distortion of intake outflow, the uniformity of diffuser flow field deteriorates, and a large proportion of low speed area and separation zone appear; the combustion appears at the upstream of the flame-holders and the boundary zones of combustor, which will cause the burning of the flame-holders and fuel injection poles and the com-bustion-arrange performance deteriorates;the aerodynamic grid can improve the uniform profile of the dif-fuser outflow, so the combustor performance become better.
