高职院校学生逃课现象的普遍性,从某种程度上反映当代大学生的心态及教学环节的一些问题。教师在课堂教学中起着激发兴趣、沟通情感、引导学习的重要作用,其授课感染力是关键。调动学生的学习积极性,发挥学生的自主能动性,培养学生的创新能力,必须提升教师在语言艺术、师生互动、师生沟通中的感染力,以增强课堂教学效果,降低学生逃课率。
高職院校學生逃課現象的普遍性,從某種程度上反映噹代大學生的心態及教學環節的一些問題。教師在課堂教學中起著激髮興趣、溝通情感、引導學習的重要作用,其授課感染力是關鍵。調動學生的學習積極性,髮揮學生的自主能動性,培養學生的創新能力,必鬚提升教師在語言藝術、師生互動、師生溝通中的感染力,以增彊課堂教學效果,降低學生逃課率。
고직원교학생도과현상적보편성,종모충정도상반영당대대학생적심태급교학배절적일사문제。교사재과당교학중기착격발흥취、구통정감、인도학습적중요작용,기수과감염력시관건。조동학생적학습적겁성,발휘학생적자주능동성,배양학생적창신능력,필수제승교사재어언예술、사생호동、사생구통중적감염력,이증강과당교학효과,강저학생도과솔。
Class-skipping phenomenon is quite universal in higher vocational colleges, which reflects the mentality of con-temporary college students and some problem existed in classroom teaching. In order to improve the quality of classroom teaching, reasons for students to cutting classes are analyzed. Teachers, who stimulate students’interests and guide students in the learning process, play an intermediary role in classroom teaching of the communication experience. Upgrading teachers’appeal from the language arts, teacher-student interaction and teacher-student communication, which can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, de-velop students’ability to innovate and students’self-initiative to learn, will fundamentally curb the phenomenon of students’ skipping classes to ensure the effectiveness of classroom teaching.
