对放线菌菌株AF1乙酸乙酯提取物的抑菌谱做了研究。抑菌活性试验表明:AF1发酵液提取物对8种植物病原真菌和10种革兰氏阳性病原菌都具有抑制活性,对4种革兰氏阴性致病菌无抑制作用。在供试的8种植物病原菌中,放线菌 AF1发酵液提取物对香蕉枯萎病菌(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)和苦瓜枯萎病菌(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momodicae)的抑菌率达到85%以上。稳定性试验结果表明:菌种AF1发酵液对紫外线、热和酸碱较稳定,室温至80℃时稳定,90℃时活性丧失,在pH 2~10范围内稳定,耐受紫外线照射。试验表明该菌株发酵液提取物对革兰氏阳性致病菌的抑制作用较好,有较强的稳定性,具有一定的开发价值。
對放線菌菌株AF1乙痠乙酯提取物的抑菌譜做瞭研究。抑菌活性試驗錶明:AF1髮酵液提取物對8種植物病原真菌和10種革蘭氏暘性病原菌都具有抑製活性,對4種革蘭氏陰性緻病菌無抑製作用。在供試的8種植物病原菌中,放線菌 AF1髮酵液提取物對香蕉枯萎病菌(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)和苦瓜枯萎病菌(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momodicae)的抑菌率達到85%以上。穩定性試驗結果錶明:菌種AF1髮酵液對紫外線、熱和痠堿較穩定,室溫至80℃時穩定,90℃時活性喪失,在pH 2~10範圍內穩定,耐受紫外線照射。試驗錶明該菌株髮酵液提取物對革蘭氏暘性緻病菌的抑製作用較好,有較彊的穩定性,具有一定的開髮價值。
대방선균균주AF1을산을지제취물적억균보주료연구。억균활성시험표명:AF1발효액제취물대8충식물병원진균화10충혁란씨양성병원균도구유억제활성,대4충혁란씨음성치병균무억제작용。재공시적8충식물병원균중,방선균 AF1발효액제취물대향초고위병균(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense)화고과고위병균(fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momodicae)적억균솔체도85%이상。은정성시험결과표명:균충AF1발효액대자외선、열화산감교은정,실온지80℃시은정,90℃시활성상실,재pH 2~10범위내은정,내수자외선조사。시험표명해균주발효액제취물대혁란씨양성치병균적억제작용교호,유교강적은정성,구유일정적개발개치。
The inhibitory spectrum and stability of fermentation broths of actinomycete strain AF1 were studied.The result of antimicrobial activity experiment showed that the fermentation broths had significant inhibitory effect on 8 tested species of plant pathogen and 10 tested G+pathogen, while no effect to G-pathogenic.The fermentation broths shows the strongest antimicrobial effect against Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense and Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.momodicae among 8 fungi species, the inhibitory rate reached up to 85%. The antimicrobial substance was rather stable under the pH 2~10 and ultraviolet radiation, while 90 ℃ for 30 min treatment deprives its antimicrobial activity thoroughly.
