随着微博等新型传播方式的发展，司法公正日益受到大众的关注。司法机关应将微博作为法院与公众之间进行有效沟通的平台，进一步推进司法公开，提升司法的公信力。

As the development of the new mode of transmission ,such as weibo ,judicial credibility suf-fered serious challenge like negative weibo topics .In such circumstances ,this paper analyzes the weibo content by empirical research method ,explores the reflection of the public demands of weibo and negative topic propagation characteristics of microblog .It also further analyzes that in weibo network environment , judicial credibility was inflicted mainly in two points :one is not doing its judicial work ;the second is the information asymmetry between the court and the public which is not good communication with the public . Weibo as an effective communication platform between the court and the public will further promote the ju-dicial public credibility .
