情报对于决策者以及决策的结果来说非常重要，在风险决策中，为了提高决策的科学性，引入情报价值，探讨样本情报价值的风险决策方法。

Information is very important for policymakers as well as the decision making ,especially in risk decision .In order to improve the decision -making more scientific ,the paper show s several introduc-tion for information valuing process .Moreover ,the paper discusses the value of the sample to present in-formation risk decision -making method .
