将田径教学中有器械参与的单项作为研究重点，选定为山东体育学院本科生开设的田径普修课程为研究依据，抽取九个专业的本科生组织教学实验，采用“倒逆式”或“选择式”的“倒逆选择”教学方法进行授课。实验后得出对于跨栏、铁饼、铅球、跳高这类有器械参与的单项采用此教学方法，考核后成绩明显提高。“倒逆选择”教学方法可以在高等院校的田径公共课中普及应用，提高学生对于田径课程的兴趣，易于学生加深掌握运动技术轨迹，加速教学的进度进程，进一步提升田径课在课程设置中的地位。

Taking track and field teaching in a single apparatus as the focus of this study,selecting for the undergraduate students of Shandong Sports Institute field course as the research basis,a teaching experiment was done on professional undergraduates of a majors by adopting the“reverse”or“choice”of“converse choice”teaching method. After the experiment,the hurdles,discus,shot put,the high jump with equipment involved in the individual using this teaching method,examina-tion scores were significantly improved. Hope“converse choice”teaching method be popularized in college track and field courses to improve the students’interest in track and field course,easy for students to master technology progress,accelerating teaching process,to further improve the track and field course in the curriculum setting position.
