在“京张联合申奥”的大背景下，以服务京津冀三地群众健身休闲、打造特色体育文化强省为目的，通过文献资料、实地考察，对河北省环京津地区体育健身休闲资源现状进行考察，在全面分析其现状基础上，针对目前开发中缺少整体布局和区域特色品牌项目群的主要问题，结合时空、地理和政策、文化优势，提出以“环京”“环津”为主导，“环石”“环秦”为辅助的“四轮驱动”式特色项目发展布局，为推动京津冀三地经济一体化的发展提供参考。
在“京張聯閤申奧”的大揹景下，以服務京津冀三地群衆健身休閒、打造特色體育文化彊省為目的，通過文獻資料、實地攷察，對河北省環京津地區體育健身休閒資源現狀進行攷察，在全麵分析其現狀基礎上，針對目前開髮中缺少整體佈跼和區域特色品牌項目群的主要問題，結閤時空、地理和政策、文化優勢，提齣以“環京”“環津”為主導，“環石”“環秦”為輔助的“四輪驅動”式特色項目髮展佈跼，為推動京津冀三地經濟一體化的髮展提供參攷。
재“경장연합신오”적대배경하，이복무경진기삼지군음건신휴한、타조특색체육문화강성위목적，통과문헌자료、실지고찰，대하북성배경진지구체육건신휴한자원현상진행고찰，재전면분석기현상기출상，침대목전개발중결소정체포국화구역특색품패항목군적주요문제，결합시공、지리화정책、문화우세，제출이“배경”“배진”위주도，“배석”“배진”위보조적“사륜구동”식특색항목발전포국，위추동경진기삼지경제일체화적발전제공삼고。
Under the background of“the bid for Olympics in the joint efforts of Beijing and Zhangjia-kou”,with the purpose of serving the mass fitness leisure and making the province of sports and cul-ture,an investigation was made on the sports fitness leisure resources in the areas of Hebei around Beijing and Tianjin through literature and field survey. Based a thorough analysis of the status and in the light of the main problems of the overall layout and regional project characteristics,combined with the temporal,geographical and policy and cultural advantages,a special project planning was put forward to provide reference for promoting the development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei eco-nomic integration.
