通过文献资料、类比论证方法,指出集群核心能力传统评价模型---钻石体系与GEM模型的局限之处,进而提出改进和借鉴原则,同时引入国际体育产业集群项目典范案例,以此为基础构建了一个全新的评价指标体系,为我国体育产业集群核心能力有效管理提供依据和参考。
通過文獻資料、類比論證方法,指齣集群覈心能力傳統評價模型---鑽石體繫與GEM模型的跼限之處,進而提齣改進和藉鑒原則,同時引入國際體育產業集群項目典範案例,以此為基礎構建瞭一箇全新的評價指標體繫,為我國體育產業集群覈心能力有效管理提供依據和參攷。

Based on the analysis and researches on China’s sports industrial cluster project,the au-thor designed a core competence evaluation system for sports industrial cluster,including evaluation index,evaluation subject and evaluation data interpretation,and the evaluation index system is the research focus. Through documentation and analogy,this article proposed the limitations of diamond system and GEM model,put forward the improvement and reference principles,while introducing the model cases of projects of international sports industrial cluster,so as to build a new evaluation index system,as the basis and reference for the management and review of Chinese sports industrial cluster.
