The present construction situation of international rivers cooperation and cross-border water chan-nel were comprehensively introduced in this paper. Combined with the successful experience of developed countries and China′s recent related research results, the international river construction resources development, cooperation and shipping channel in China were discussed, and related suggestions were put forward.
