目的:建立一种操作简便、成熟稳定的显微镜下大鼠70%肝切除模型。方法:显微镜下采用无血切肝术制备大鼠70%肝切除(肝左叶和中叶)模型,术后观察大鼠一般情况,计算造模成功率和4wk存活率,术后24 h超声检测肝后下腔静脉血流情况。结果:手术时间为20.5依3.6 min,术中无明显副损伤,出血量少,术后苏醒并存活超过24 h标志造模成功,造模成功率为100%(15/15),造模成功大鼠术后一般状态良好,术后24 h超声检测肝后下腔静脉血流通畅,无明显狭窄。术后4 wk存活率为100%(15/15)。结论:显微镜下制备大鼠70%肝切除模型操作简便、成功率高、可重复性强,为研究肝再生、急性肝功能衰竭、肝肿瘤和肝移植等提供了一种理想的实验模型。

목적:건립일충조작간편、성숙은정적현미경하대서70%간절제모형。방법:현미경하채용무혈절간술제비대서70%간절제(간좌협화중협)모형,술후관찰대서일반정황,계산조모성공솔화4wk존활솔,술후24 h초성검측간후하강정맥혈류정황。결과:수술시간위20.5의3.6 min,술중무명현부손상,출혈량소,술후소성병존활초과24 h표지조모성공,조모성공솔위100%(15/15),조모성공대서술후일반상태량호,술후24 h초성검측간후하강정맥혈류통창,무명현협착。술후4 wk존활솔위100%(15/15)。결론:현미경하제비대서70%간절제모형조작간편、성공솔고、가중복성강,위연구간재생、급성간공능쇠갈、간종류화간이식등제공료일충이상적실험모형。
Objective:To establish a convenient,mature and stable 70%hepatectomy model in the rat using an operating microscope. Method An experiment model of 70%hepatectomy in the rat were prepared using an operating microscope, left and middle hepatic lobe were resected by bloodless hepatectomy technique, postoperative general situation was observed, the operation success rate and survival rate after 4 weeks were calculated,the blood stream of inferior vena cava under the remnant liver was tested at 24 hours after operation by ultrasound. Results:The operation time was 20. 5±3. 6 min,no apparent side-injury,less bleeding,postoperative recovery and survived for more than 24 hours deemed successful,operation success rate was 100%(15/15),the rat survived after operation were in good condition,the inferior vena cava under the remnant liver was patent without significant stenosis. The survival rate after 4 weeks was 100%(15/15). Conclusion:An 70%hepatectomy model in the rat using an operating microscope has the advantages of convenient method,high successful rate and repro-ducibility,which provides an ideal experimental model for the study of liver regeneration, acute liver failure,liver cancer and liver transplantation.
