目的:研究富硒茶多糖对耐力运动条件下游泳小鼠疲劳与24h恢复后的影响。方法:建立5周小鼠耐力运动模型,每周称重一次,灌胃不同剂量的富硒茶多糖溶液,于力竭游泳即刻和24h恢复后分别取材。记录立竭游泳时间,力竭即刻和24h恢复后血乳酸(BLA),血清尿素氮(BUN)含量、CK、SOD的活性以及MDA的含量。结果:富硒茶多糖可显著延长小鼠力竭游泳时间,对体重并无显著影响;富硒茶多糖可以显著降低力竭即刻BLA的堆积和BUN的含量,降低CK浓度。不管力竭即刻、24h恢复后,于对照组相比,富硒茶多糖可以显著降低脂质过氧化产物MDA的含量,提高小鼠肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶SOD的活性。结论:富硒茶多糖能够提高小鼠的运动能力,对疲劳恢复具有一定的改善作用。它能够提高部分抗氧化酶的活性,抑制脂质过氧化对机体的损害。

목적:연구부서다다당대내력운동조건하유영소서피로여24h회복후적영향。방법:건립5주소서내력운동모형,매주칭중일차,관위불동제량적부서다다당용액,우력갈유영즉각화24h회복후분별취재。기록립갈유영시간,력갈즉각화24h회복후혈유산(BLA),혈청뇨소담(BUN)함량、CK、SOD적활성이급MDA적함량。결과:부서다다당가현저연장소서력갈유영시간,대체중병무현저영향;부서다다당가이현저강저력갈즉각BLA적퇴적화BUN적함량,강저CK농도。불관력갈즉각、24h회복후,우대조조상비,부서다다당가이현저강저지질과양화산물MDA적함량,제고소서간조직중초양화물기화매SOD적활성。결론:부서다다당능구제고소서적운동능력,대피로회복구유일정적개선작용。타능구제고부분항양화매적활성,억제지질과양화대궤체적손해。
Objective:To investigate the effects of Selenium-rich Tea Polysaccharide on the ability of swimming and anti-fatigue activity of the mice after 24h. Methods:The endurance exercise model of mice was established about five weeks, Weighing once a week, Selenium-rich Tea Polysaccharide were orally administrated to mice in different dose. The materials were restored respectively in exhaustion swimming immediately and after 24 h. Prolonged exhaustive exercise time of the mice swimming time were recorded and the content of BLA, BUN, MDA and the activity of CK and SOD were determined. Results: The administration with STP markedly prolonged exhaustive exercise time of the mice. There is no obvious effect on body weight.STP can decrease the content of BLA, BUN and CK. The content of MDA of STP was markedly decrease whatever in exhaustion immediately or recovery after 24 hours and the activity of SOD was increase. Conclusion:STP can improve the ability of the movement and fatigue. It can improve the activity of antioxidant enzymes, inhibition of lipid per oxidation damage to the body.
