运用文献资料法、逻辑分析等方法,对“概念体育”的提出、沿革与发展过程进行了梳理,对我国体育教学改革进程中进一步落实“健康第一”、“终身体育”理念的意义进行了阐析,并从课程改革需求的角度解读“概念体育”的实质与内涵。研究认为,借鉴美国“概念体育”教学理论的经验,从教学观念、教学内容以及教师角色进行调整,坚持运动实践和活动教育,但重点转向“运动的人本价值”而非运动技能本身,使学生明了“运动对人和人的生存与生活如同氧气一样不可或缺”,努力实现体育课程与科学的高度融合,构建健康观念、普及健康科学知识,养成健康生活方式,使学校体育价值长远有效,才能使学校体育教育迈上健康之路。

Methods of literature, logical analysis and so on, “the concept of sports”, the proposed evolution and development of the sort, the process of reform of PE teaching in the further implementation of “Health First”, meaning “lifetime sports” concept analyses carried out and interpreted,“the concept of sports”, the essence and meaning of the demand from the perspective of the curriculum reform. Studies suggest that the United States learn from the experience of teaching the theory of“the concept of sports”, to be adjusted from teaching concept, teaching content and the role of teachers, sports practices and activities adhere to education, but the focus turned to“the value of the movement of people” rather than athletic skills themselves, so students understand “the movement of people and human existence and life as indispensable as oxygen”, and strive to achieve a high degree of integration of sports and science courses, build concepts of health, universal health science knowledge, develop a healthy lifestyle, so that the value of long-term school sports effectively, in order to make the school physical education onto a healthy way.
