    为寻找加工番茄小孢子单核期鉴定的简单有效的方法，实验选用醋酸洋红、中性红、碱性品红、卡宝品红4种染色剂染色加工番茄单核期小孢子，实验结果表明：卡宝品红染色法效果最好、操作简单、实验成本低。
    위심조가공번가소포자단핵기감정적간단유효적방법，실험선용작산양홍、중성홍、감성품홍、잡보품홍4충염색제염색가공번가단핵기소포자，실험결과표명：잡보품홍염색법효과최호、조작간단、실험성본저。
    The simple identification method for the uninucleate stage of processing tomato microspore.Carmine acetate dyeing, Neutral red,Fuchsin basic,Carbol fuchsin were used to stain the cell nuclear of microspore in uninucleate stage.Results showed that Carbol fuchsin was the best identification method for the developmental stages of processing tomato microspore.
