目的：探讨经CT引导下胸部病变穿刺活检技术的应用.方法：分析自2009年以来的76例病例，采用德国西门子SOMATOM-AR型CT机做引导，根据患者CT扫描结果确定穿刺体位和穿刺部位，继而确定进针点、进针深度和进针角度.结果：76例（100%）穿刺成功，74例（97.37%）获得正确诊断，2例（2.63%）未确诊.结论：CT引导下穿刺活检术操作简便，诊断准确，在胸部疾病的诊断与治疗中具有重要意义，值得临床进一步推广应用.

목적：탐토경CT인도하흉부병변천자활검기술적응용.방법：분석자2009년이래적76례병례，채용덕국서문자SOMATOM-AR형CT궤주인도，근거환자CT소묘결과학정천자체위화천자부위，계이학정진침점、진침심도화진침각도.결과：76례（100%）천자성공，74례（97.37%）획득정학진단，2례（2.63%）미학진.결론：CT인도하천자활검술조작간편，진단준학，재흉부질병적진단여치료중구유중요의의，치득림상진일보추엄응용.
Objective: To explore the application of CT-guided aspiration biopsy of chest lesions technology. Meth-ods: The data of 76 patients who underwent CT-guided aspiration biopsy of chest lesions since 2009 were analyzed. The operation was guided by German Siemens SOMATOM-AR CT, according to the CT results to determine the punc-ture body position and puncture site, and then determined the needle entry point, depth and angle. Results:76 cases (100%) were successfully punctured, 74 cases (97.37%) got correct diagnosis, 2 cases (2.63%) were undiagnosed. Con-clusion:CT-guided percutaneous biopsy has the advantages of simple operation, accurate diagnosis, and has an impor-tant significance in the diagnosis and treatment of chest diseases, so it is worthy of further clinical application.
