Xing’an League has 4.38 million hectares of natural pasture, in which 50.73%is union-wide land area, of which can use pasture area of 3.03 million hectares, in which 86.09%is the total area of pasture. As natural grassland in our league degradeds year by year, grassland pests and mice also intensified. For our league task in terms of preven-tion and control of grassland pests and mice grim reality, since 2007 the construction of grassland pests and mice to predict early warning system. This paper elaborates the construction of Xing’an League grassland of early warning sys-tem of pests and mice of the background to the case and the specific problems, and then to improve the quality of con-trolling grassland pests and mice forecast basic countermeasures are put forward.
