采用文献资料法、调查法、熵权法、建立二项Logistic回归方程模型等研究方法，对公共体育服务绩效评价含义及其价值取向进行了分析，在此基础之上以公民满意度为出发点，构建了公共体育服务绩效评价体系，并对其实施步骤和数据统计进行了阐述。该绩效评价指标体系的构建有利于促进我国公共体育服务事业自身的诊断，同时，为我国体育行政部门加强公共体育服务评价建设，保障公民公共体育服务需求等方面提供有益的参考。

This paper analyzes the meaning of the performance evaluation and the value orientation of public sports service by using literature search methods,a survey,the entropy weight method,the method of establishing Binomial Logistic regression equation model and other research methods. On the basis of the above analysis with citizen satis-faction as a starting point,this paper constructs the performance evaluation of public sports service system,and de-scribes its implementation steps and statistical data. The construction of the performance evaluation index system is helpful for the self-diagnosis of the Chinese public sports services,and at the same time it provides useful references in terms of strengthening the construction of public sports service evaluation for the sports administrative depart-ments of our country and satisfying citizens? public sports service demand,etc.
