目的：分析我国关于颈心综合征的文献质量。方法将近30年我国国内有关颈心综合征的文献进行统计分析，从文献的逐年积累量、地域分布、文献内容的分类、文献期刊的分类及其颈心综合征相关内容等进行统计分析。结果发现近年关于颈心综合征的研究文献逐年增加；文献发表地区分布为北方多于南方，东部多于中部和西部，而尤以沿海居多；文献主要被误诊类和针灸类杂志所收录；疾病研究的内容大部分以临床研究为主，临床误诊报道较多，占文献总量的14%；基础研究、动物实验的数量较少；颈心综合征的中医治疗方法以针灸治疗为主。结论国内关于颈心综合征的文献数目较少，缺少RCT研究，中医治疗颈心综合征的疗效尚需要更多高质量的临床试验和系统评价的研究。

Objective To analyze the quality of the papers on the cervical-cardiac syndrome. Methods To make a analysis of Chinese papers on the cervical-cardiac syndrome in recent 30 years in the terms of the accumulation,geographical distribution and content of articles. Results The number of the research on cervical-cardiac syndrome is increasing in recent years. The papers were published in the north more than in the south,in the east more than in the west in China. The papers were published by magazines about misdiagnosis and acupuncture and moxibustion. The most content of the papers was about clinical study and clinical misdiagnosis,this papers were ac-counted for 14% of the all. The papers about basic research and animal experiment were less. The major traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment of cervical-cardiac syndrome was acupuncture and moxibustion. Conclusion The number of papers on the cervical-cardiac syndrome was less without randomized controlled trial study. It needs more high quality clinical trials and system eval-uation research on the effect of cervical-cardiac syndrome by TCM therapy.
