目的：观察脉冲电刺激联合常规药物对股外侧皮神经炎的临床效果。方法将100例股外侧皮神经炎患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。对照组48例给予常规药物治疗；治疗组52例在常规药物基础上联用脉冲电刺激治疗。1月后对两组治疗效果进行随访。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组；两者差异具有统计学意义。结论脉冲电刺激联合药物治疗股外侧皮神经炎的总有效率、治愈率优于单纯药物治疗。
목적：관찰맥충전자격연합상규약물대고외측피신경염적림상효과。방법장100례고외측피신경염환자수궤분위치료조급대조조。대조조48례급여상규약물치료；치료조52례재상규약물기출상련용맥충전자격치료。1월후대량조치료효과진행수방。결과치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조；량자차이구유통계학의의。결론맥충전자격연합약물치료고외측피신경염적총유효솔、치유솔우우단순약물치료。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of pulsed electrical stimulation plus medicine in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis. Methods 100 patients with lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis were randomly divided into treatment group (52 cases) and control group (48 cases). The treatment group was treated by pulsed electrical stimulation plus medicine,while the control group only received medicine. The clinical effect was evaluated after treatment for 1 month. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group. Con-clusion The total effective rate and cure rate of pulsed electrical stimulation plus medicine are superior to the only medicine in treating lateral femoral cutaneous neuritis.
