目的：探讨椎动脉型颈椎病的高压氧与药物联合治疗的临床疗效。方法对116例椎动脉型颈椎病患者采用高压氧与药物应用的研究。随机分为研究组和对照组。两组患者均进行改善微循环、营养神经等药物治疗，研究组加用高压氧治疗。以症状评估量表判断患者症状改善情况，另外采用经颅多谱勒（TCD）测量椎动脉、基底动脉的血流速度，分析比较治疗手段的作用，探讨最佳治疗方法。结果治疗两疗程后患者症状均减轻，研究组得分显著高于对照组，TCD显示椎动脉、基底动脉血流速度有改善，两组之间比较有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论对椎动脉型颈椎病，联合应用高压氧与药物治疗，能够显著减轻患者症状，改善脑的血液供应，是值得推广应用的优化治疗方案。
목적：탐토추동맥형경추병적고압양여약물연합치료적림상료효。방법대116례추동맥형경추병환자채용고압양여약물응용적연구。수궤분위연구조화대조조。량조환자균진행개선미순배、영양신경등약물치료，연구조가용고압양치료。이증상평고량표판단환자증상개선정황，령외채용경로다보륵（TCD）측량추동맥、기저동맥적혈류속도，분석비교치료수단적작용，탐토최가치료방법。결과치료량료정후환자증상균감경，연구조득분현저고우대조조，TCD현시추동맥、기저동맥혈류속도유개선，량조지간비교유통계학차이（P<0.05）。결론대추동맥형경추병，연합응용고압양여약물치료，능구현저감경환자증상，개선뇌적혈액공응，시치득추엄응용적우화치료방안。
Objective To study the effect of hyperbaric oxygen and medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type. Methods A total of 116 cases with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type,were divided into two groups. 59 cases in the research group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen and medicine,57 cases in the control group were only given medicine. They were estimated with evaluation scale for cervical vertigo (ESCV),on the other way, the blood flow velocity of vertebral artery and basilar artery were measured by transcranial Doppler (TCD) before and after treatment. Results The ESCV scores of the two groups after treatment were markedly improved than those before treatment (P<0.05). The mean blood flow velocity of left (LVA),right vertebral artery(RVA) and basilar artery(BA) after treatment were remarkably higher than those before treatment (P<0.05),while compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect in research group was significantly better (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of hyperbaric oxygen and medicine in the treatment of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type is significant, it is an effective measurement for acceleration the rate of recovery and raising the survival quality.
