采用数控双脉冲电源电镀钢基 Ni-Co 合金,并分别研究了热处理温度、热处理时间、基体预处理对镀层结合力的影响。实验结果表明:Ni-Co 合金镀层在不同温度下热处理1 h,其结合强度随着热处理温度增加而减小,且减小的幅度逐渐变小。温度达到400℃后,结合强度平稳增加;Ni-Co 合金镀层在400℃下热处理,其镀层结合强度在前30 min 内缓慢增加,最大达5.41 MPa,随后大幅下降至一个相对较低的水平上。经过预处理的基体力学性能得到改善,塑性变形区增大,屈服强度增加,增强了镀层的结合强度。
採用數控雙脈遲電源電鍍鋼基 Ni-Co 閤金,併分彆研究瞭熱處理溫度、熱處理時間、基體預處理對鍍層結閤力的影響。實驗結果錶明:Ni-Co 閤金鍍層在不同溫度下熱處理1 h,其結閤彊度隨著熱處理溫度增加而減小,且減小的幅度逐漸變小。溫度達到400℃後,結閤彊度平穩增加;Ni-Co 閤金鍍層在400℃下熱處理,其鍍層結閤彊度在前30 min 內緩慢增加,最大達5.41 MPa,隨後大幅下降至一箇相對較低的水平上。經過預處理的基體力學性能得到改善,塑性變形區增大,屈服彊度增加,增彊瞭鍍層的結閤彊度。
채용수공쌍맥충전원전도강기 Ni-Co 합금,병분별연구료열처리온도、열처리시간、기체예처리대도층결합력적영향。실험결과표명:Ni-Co 합금도층재불동온도하열처리1 h,기결합강도수착열처리온도증가이감소,차감소적폭도축점변소。온도체도400℃후,결합강도평은증가;Ni-Co 합금도층재400℃하열처리,기도층결합강도재전30 min 내완만증가,최대체5.41 MPa,수후대폭하강지일개상대교저적수평상。경과예처리적기체역학성능득도개선,소성변형구증대,굴복강도증가,증강료도층적결합강도。
The combination of pulse electroplated Ni-Co alloy layer on steel substrate was investigated with various parameters namely heat temperature,heat time and pretreatment of steel substrate.The experiment results showed that after 1 hour heat treatment at different temperatures,the combination of Ni-Co alloy layer rised initially and then decreased along with increasing temperature.Furthermore, the lessening extent reduced gradually.After then the combination rised steadily.When the layer was heated at 400 ℃,the combination rised gradually in the first 30 minutes,which could reach a maximum strength of 5.41 MPa,followed by a drastic abatement.The steel substrate pretreatment could greatly improve mechanical properties of Ni-Co alloy layer,such as the increase of plastic deformation zone and the yield strength which could dramatically enhance the combination.
