采用自制的实验模具,将金刚石锯片放置于脉冲磁处理仪器下进行磁处理。对金刚石锯片在脉冲磁场作用下的性能影响进行理论分析,检测磁处理前后金刚石锯片不同点处的残余应力值,分析磁处理后的金刚石锯片与未经磁处理的金刚石锯片的断口形貌。研究结果表明:磁处理后的金刚石锯片残余应力降低,断口处微观组织得到细化,说明脉冲磁处理可以有效改善金刚石锯片的力学性能。

Diamond saw blade are treated with pulsed magnetic field using self-made experiment dies. Influence of magnetic treatment on blade performance was analyzed and residual stress on different points of the blade was investigated.The microstructures both before and after the magnetic experiment were studied.Results revealed that magnetic treatment could reduce the residual stress of diamond saw blades and make alloy organize become more uniformity.It showed that pulsed magnetic treatment might improve the mechanical properties of diamond saw blades.
