针对凸轮轴数控磨削表面加工的质量问题,使用陶瓷结合剂 CBN 砂轮对凸轮轴进行全数控高速、超高速磨削实验,分析了加工工艺参数对冷激铸铁材料凸轮轮廓不同部位的磨削加工表面粗糙度的影响规律。结果表明:在相同磨削条件下,表面粗糙度值在凸轮升程处最小;凸轮轮廓不同关键部位处的表面粗糙度值随砂轮线速度的增大而减小,随磨削深度的增加而变大。
針對凸輪軸數控磨削錶麵加工的質量問題,使用陶瓷結閤劑 CBN 砂輪對凸輪軸進行全數控高速、超高速磨削實驗,分析瞭加工工藝參數對冷激鑄鐵材料凸輪輪廓不同部位的磨削加工錶麵粗糙度的影響規律。結果錶明:在相同磨削條件下,錶麵粗糙度值在凸輪升程處最小;凸輪輪廓不同關鍵部位處的錶麵粗糙度值隨砂輪線速度的增大而減小,隨磨削深度的增加而變大。
침대철륜축수공마삭표면가공적질량문제,사용도자결합제 CBN 사륜대철륜축진행전수공고속、초고속마삭실험,분석료가공공예삼수대랭격주철재료철륜륜곽불동부위적마삭가공표면조조도적영향규률。결과표명:재상동마삭조건하,표면조조도치재철륜승정처최소;철륜륜곽불동관건부위처적표면조조도치수사륜선속도적증대이감소,수마삭심도적증가이변대。
In view of more and more strict requirements on surface quality of camshaft NC grinding,the influence of grinding process parameters on the grinding surface roughness was analyzed.Using vitrified bond CBN wheel,CNC high speed and ultra-high speed grinding experiments were carried out.The results showed that under the same grinding conditions,the minimum roughness value was in the cam lift,and that the surface roughness of the key parts with different cam profiles would reduce with higher wheel speed,but increase with larger cutting depth.
