文章在分析协同创新含义与特点的基础上，就地方高师院校如何开展人才协同培养提出三点粗浅建议：第一，突破单一、平面的人才观，尊重学生的个性，建立多元化、复合型的人才培养目标；第二，打破传统的按学科知识门类划分的学科专业壁垒，坚持需求导向、实践导向，围绕复合型人才培养目标，建立共享课程机制，优化专业、课程体系；第三，打破校内与校外的壁垒，搭建实践平台，培养应用型人才。

This paper through the analysis of the meaning and characteristics of collaborative innovation,puts forward the concept of cooperative innovation mode of training teachers based on talents,and we must do the following:first,respect the personality of students,and establish training objectives of diversified talented persons;second,optimize the curriculum sys-tem with the construction of specialized,diversified talent training mode;and third,and build the practice platform for train-ing applied talents.
