目的：比较坦索罗辛联合托特罗定或呋塞米在治疗输尿管下段结石上的疗效。方法将120例输尿管下段结石患者随机分为3组，A组给予坦索罗辛0．4 mg，1次/日；B组在A组基础上，给予托特罗定2 mg，2次/日；C组在A组基础上，给予呋塞米20 mg，2次/日。每5天复查1次，直至治疗后第15天。结果三组间排石率无显著性差异（P＝0．277）。在结石排出时间上，C组显著短于A组（P＝0．004）和B组（P＝0．001），A组与B组间无显著性差异（P＝0．958）。结论在坦索罗辛的基础上联用托特罗定或呋塞米并不能提高输尿管结石的排石率，但联用呋塞米能更快地促进结石排出。

Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of Tamsulosin combined with tolterodine and the effectiveness of Tamsulosin with furosemide in treating distal ureteral stones .Method A total of 120 patients with distal ureteral stones were randomly divided into three groups for the study .Patients in group were given tamsulosin 0.4mg/day; patients in group B were given tamsulosin 0.4mg/day plus tolterodine 2mg twice a day;patients in group C were given tamsulosin 0.4mg/day plus furosemide 20mg twice a day.Observation was taken once five days until the treatment was completed in 15 days.Findings All three groups demonstrated a high stone expulsion rate, in which there were no significant differences(P>0.05) among the groups. There were no significant variations (P>0.05) in the expulsion time between group A and B, which was significantly shorter in group C than in group A(P<0.01) and group B(P<0.01).Conclusion Tamsulosin alone or combined with tolterodine or furosemide showed good efficacy in stone expulsion.However, it failed to promote the rate of stone expulsion by using with combination.Tamsulosin combined with furosemide can accelerate the stone expulsion.
