目的:比较半导体激光仪与传统方法在治疗大隐静脉的疗效以及并发症情况。方法将确诊为大隐静脉曲张的140例患者随机分为A组和B组,每组70例,B组用传统方法高位结扎加剥脱术,A组给予半导体激光仪法治疗,比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、复发率以及并发症等。结果 A组的手术时间、住院时间、开始下床的时间、术中出血量均显著低于B组(均P<0.05);A组的术后并发症发生率显著少于B组(P<0.05)。结论半导体激光仪治疗方法相比于传统方法,创伤小,临床疗效好,并发症发生率以及复发率小。
目的:比較半導體激光儀與傳統方法在治療大隱靜脈的療效以及併髮癥情況。方法將確診為大隱靜脈麯張的140例患者隨機分為A組和B組,每組70例,B組用傳統方法高位結扎加剝脫術,A組給予半導體激光儀法治療,比較兩組患者手術時間、術中齣血量、複髮率以及併髮癥等。結果 A組的手術時間、住院時間、開始下床的時間、術中齣血量均顯著低于B組(均P<0.05);A組的術後併髮癥髮生率顯著少于B組(P<0.05)。結論半導體激光儀治療方法相比于傳統方法,創傷小,臨床療效好,併髮癥髮生率以及複髮率小。
목적:비교반도체격광의여전통방법재치료대은정맥적료효이급병발증정황。방법장학진위대은정맥곡장적140례환자수궤분위A조화B조,매조70례,B조용전통방법고위결찰가박탈술,A조급여반도체격광의법치료,비교량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、복발솔이급병발증등。결과 A조적수술시간、주원시간、개시하상적시간、술중출혈량균현저저우B조(균P<0.05);A조적술후병발증발생솔현저소우B조(P<0.05)。결론반도체격광의치료방법상비우전통방법,창상소,림상료효호,병발증발생솔이급복발솔소。
Objective To understand the effectiveness of semiconductor laser as compared to traditional methods in treating varicosityingreatsaphenousveinandpossiblecomplications.Method 140havingvaricosityinthegreatsaphenousveins admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Ningbo from April 2012 to August 2013 were chosen as the subjects for study .They were randomly divided into two groups , group A ( the experimental group , treated with semiconductor laser ) and group B ( the control group, treated with traditional medicine --high ligation and stripping of vein ), each consisting of 70 cases.The effectiveness of each of the medicine and the complications as a consequence of each were compared .The operation time , hospitalization time, time to get out of bed and, bleeding volume during operation in group A were 1.21 ±0.14h, 3.78 ±0.76d, 7.34 ±0.56h, 14.89 ±0.78ml respectively, all of which were significantly lower than those as observed in group B(P<0.05).The rate of complications as observed in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of group B (P<0.05).Conclusion Semiconductor laser as a medicine as compared with the traditional method features smaller trauma, better clinical efficacy , and lower rate of complications and recurrence , and thus makes a desirable method for varicosity in great saphenous veins .
