目的:观察消癥散瘀方对子宫内膜异位症造模后大鼠MAPK信号通路表达的影响,探讨其治疗内异症的作用机理。方法将48只SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、内异症模型组、消癥散瘀方组、丹那唑组各12只,采用免疫组化检测各组大鼠异位内膜C-SRC、EFR、ERK的蛋白表达。结果与正常对照组比较,模型组异位内膜C-SRC、EFR、ERK蛋白表达明显升高(均P<0.01);与模型组比较,消癥散瘀方组异位内膜C-SRC、EFR、ERK蛋白表达明显降低(均P<0.01)。结论消癥散瘀方能够降调子宫内膜异位症模型大鼠MAPK信号通路,从而降低子宫内膜细胞侵袭、转移、种植的能力。

목적:관찰소징산어방대자궁내막이위증조모후대서MAPK신호통로표체적영향,탐토기치료내이증적작용궤리。방법장48지SD대서수궤분위정상대조조、내이증모형조、소징산어방조、단나서조각12지,채용면역조화검측각조대서이위내막C-SRC、EFR、ERK적단백표체。결과여정상대조조비교,모형조이위내막C-SRC、EFR、ERK단백표체명현승고(균P<0.01);여모형조비교,소징산어방조이위내막C-SRC、EFR、ERK단백표체명현강저(균P<0.01)。결론소징산어방능구강조자궁내막이위증모형대서MAPK신호통로,종이강저자궁내막세포침습、전이、충식적능력。
Objective To observe the effects of Xiao-Zheng-San-Yu-Fang on MAPK of EM model and to investigate its mechanisminthetreatmentofEM.Method 48ratswererandomlydividedintoacontrolgroup,amodelgroup,aXiao-Zheng-San-Yu-Fang group and a Danazol group, each consisting 12 rats.The positive expressions of C-SRC、EFR、ERK protein in the focal tissue were tested with immunohistochical method.Findings Compared with the normal control group, the positive expressions of C-SRC, EFR, and ERK protein in the focal tissue as observed in the model group were remarkably higher ( P<0.01);Compared with the model group, the positive expressions of C-SRC, EFR, ERK protein in the focal tissue as observed in the Xiao-Zheng-San-Yu-Fang group were remarkably lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Xiao-Zheng-San-Yu-Fang can decrease the positive expressions of C-SRC, EFR, and ERK protein in the focal tissue.Therefore, they can inhibit the development of heterotopic membrane and thus keep the cells from developing an ability to invade, transpose, and implant.
