目的:观察子宫内膜异位症( EMs)患者血清及腹腔液中血管内皮生长因子可溶性受体( sflt-1)的表达变化,并探讨其意义。方法 EMs患者48例(病例组),其中Ⅰ~Ⅱ期15例、Ⅲ~Ⅳ期33例,选择同期腹腔镜手术的非EMs患者30例为对照组。采用ELISA法检测两组血清sflt-1、VEGF水平及EMs组腹腔液sflt-1水平,并计算VEGF活性指数。结果 EMs组血清及腹腔液VEGF、sflt-1水平及VEGF活性指数高于对照组,且Ⅲ~Ⅳ期者高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期者(P均<0.05)。结论抗血管生成因子表达异常可能参与了EMs的发生发展,sflt-1有望成为新的治疗靶点。

목적:관찰자궁내막이위증( EMs)환자혈청급복강액중혈관내피생장인자가용성수체( sflt-1)적표체변화,병탐토기의의。방법 EMs환자48례(병례조),기중Ⅰ~Ⅱ기15례、Ⅲ~Ⅳ기33례,선택동기복강경수술적비EMs환자30례위대조조。채용ELISA법검측량조혈청sflt-1、VEGF수평급EMs조복강액sflt-1수평,병계산VEGF활성지수。결과 EMs조혈청급복강액VEGF、sflt-1수평급VEGF활성지수고우대조조,차Ⅲ~Ⅳ기자고우Ⅰ~Ⅱ기자(P균<0.05)。결론항혈관생성인자표체이상가능삼여료EMs적발생발전,sflt-1유망성위신적치료파점。
Objective To detect the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor soluble receptor ( sflt-1 ) in the serum and peritoneal fluid of the EMs patients and explore it's clinical siginificance .Methods A total of 48 EMs patients including 15 ⅠtoⅡstage patients and 33ⅢtoⅣstage patients .Thirty patients cured by the laparoscopic surgery with-out EMS were involved as control group .The expressions of VEGF and sflt-1 in the serum and peritoneal fluid of the two group patients were detected by using ELISA .VEGF activity index was calculated .Results The serum and peritoneal flu-id level of VEGF and sflt-1 as well as VEGF activity index in EMs group were both higher than those of control group ( all P<0.05).The serum and peritoneal fluid level of VEGF and sflt-1 as well as VEGF activity index in stage ⅢtoⅣpatients were both higher than those of stage ⅠtoⅡpatients(all P<0.05).Conclusions Anti-angiogenic factor expression ab-normalities may be related to the pathogenesis of endometriosis .The sFlt-1 may be a new treatment targets .
