The relationship between input and output of pressure sensors is usually expressed through linear curve, but it is not a linear rela-tionship. The least square method is used to simulate the nonlinearity of pressure sensors’ input and output, and the methods for these uncertain-ty calculations and evaluations were derived to improve measure accuracy.
