根据堆肥工艺的控制需求,设计了一种堆肥控制系统。针对传统的堆肥控制系统传感器网络存在的问题,提出基于Zigbee技术的无线传感器网络解决方案,采用CC2530芯片外加CC2591射频芯片为核心的节点开发策略,并移植了Z- Stack协议栈,然后对ZigBee组网系统进行了软件设计;同时应用Del-phi高级编程软件,在Windows7平台设计了计算机堆肥控制软件。实验表明,该系统采集数据准确、数据传输实时性好。

According to the composting process control requirements, a kind of composting control system is designed. For the problems of traditional composting control systems in sensor networks, proposed based on Zigbee technology wireless sensor network solutions. The system uses CC2530 chip and CC2591 RF chip as the core node, transplanted Z-Stack protocol stack, then the ZigBee networking systems software is designed; At the same time the composting control system was designed by using Delphi computer language Programming Software on Windows 7 platform. Experimantal results shows the data collection is accurate and data transmis-sion is good in real-time.
