本文用FLUENT 中 MRF 模型模拟叶轮和蜗壳在不同装配角度下的三出口离心风机。通过比较其内部流场和相应的气动性能参数,得到如下结论:当装配角度一定时,三个出口的流量并不相等并且差别较大;随着装配角度的变化,单个出口的流量呈周期性变化,周期为一个叶道所占的角度;在一个周期内,将单个出口的流量求平均值可以得到单个出口的精确流量;随着装配角度的变化,叶轮出口处的速度流向和蜗壳出口之间的相对角度的变化是导致出口流量发生变化的原因。
本文用FLUENT 中 MRF 模型模擬葉輪和蝸殼在不同裝配角度下的三齣口離心風機。通過比較其內部流場和相應的氣動性能參數,得到如下結論:噹裝配角度一定時,三箇齣口的流量併不相等併且差彆較大;隨著裝配角度的變化,單箇齣口的流量呈週期性變化,週期為一箇葉道所佔的角度;在一箇週期內,將單箇齣口的流量求平均值可以得到單箇齣口的精確流量;隨著裝配角度的變化,葉輪齣口處的速度流嚮和蝸殼齣口之間的相對角度的變化是導緻齣口流量髮生變化的原因。

In this paper, the centrifugal fan with three discharges at different assembly angle between impeller and volute was simulated using MRF model of the FLUENT. Comparing the internal flow field and aerodynamic performance parameters, the results showed that the flux of each discharge was not equal and had a large difference at the same assembly angle. With the change of the assembly angle, the flux of single exit varies periodically and the periodic time was the angle of a blade channel. The accurate flux of the single discharge could be obtained by averaging the flux of the discharge under different assembly angle. With the assembly angle changing, the change of the relative angle between the speed of the impeller’s exit <br> flow and the volute is the reason that leads the change of the outlet flow rate.
