空调系统现在广泛应用于大型商场、饭店、车间等场所。为了提高换热效率和换热量,空调室外机大多采用轴流式换热风扇。通过对比发现,通风量在5300~6600m3/h 的中型空调室外机研究较少。为了提高通流量和全压,从而增强换热效果,本文针对某公司产品中分体式空调室外机轴流换热风扇进行了风管性能测试实验与数值模拟。其中为了考核数值计算的可靠性,对于模拟仿真如何与实验匹配进行了计算区域的研究。结果表明进计算区域出口长度存在恰当匹配,并为数值模拟与风管实验台测试吻合提出了一个数值模拟计算域的选取准则。

Air conditioner systems are now widely used in shopping malls, hotels, workshops and other places. The outdoor unit axial heat exchange fans are mostly used in order to improve the heat transfer efficiency. By comparison, the studies are less on the ventilation 5 300 ~ 6 600m3/h medium-sized air conditioner outdoor unit. In order to improve the flowrate and total pressure, thus to enhance the effect on heat transfer, a wind tunnel performance experiment and numerical simulation was carried out on an out-door units axial flow fan of split-type air conditioner which was one of the product in a company. Also, the optimization of the calculation area was tested so as to assess the reliability of <br> numerical calculations. The results indicated that there is a proper length of inlet region and outlet region, and a selection criterion of the calculation area for numerical simulation and wind tunnel test bench coincidence was put forward.
