采用实验生态学方法,在室内模拟研究了不同浓度(50、60、80、160 mg/L)悬浮颗粒物对螠蛏Sinonovacula constricta (壳长为71.15 mm±3.66 mm)清滤率和吸收效率的影响。结果表明:悬浮颗粒物对螠蛏清滤率有显著影响(P<0.05),当悬浮颗粒物浓度由低到高时,螠蛏的清滤率呈上升趋势,试验6 h时,悬浮物浓度为160 mg/L时个体清滤率达到最高,悬浮物浓度为50 mg/L时个体清滤率最低,随着试验时间的延长,相同悬浮物浓度下个体清滤率呈下降趋势,试验6 h时螠蛏清滤率要高于12~24 h;悬浮颗粒物对螠蛏的吸收率有极显著影响(P<0.01),当悬浮颗粒物浓度由低到高时,螠蛏的吸收效率呈下降趋势,悬浮物浓度为50 mg/L时吸收效率最高,悬浮物浓度为160 mg/L时吸收效率最低。

Effects of suspended particles concentration (50,60,80,and 160 mg/L) on clearance rate(Rc) and ab-sorption efficiency were investigated in Sinonovacula constricta with shell length of (71. 15 mm±3. 66 mm) by ex-perimental ecological method in a laboratory. The results showed that the clearance rate of S. constricta was in-creased with the suspended particle concentration increase(P<0. 05),the maximum value at the suspended particle concentration of 160 mg/L for 6 h, and the minimum value at a concentration of 50 mg/L. There was higher clear-ance rate of S. constricta at 6 h than at 12-24 h under the same concentration of suspended particles. The absorp-tion efficiency of S. constricta was decreased with increase in suspended particle concentration (P<0. 01),the mini-mum value at concentration of 160 mg/L, and the maximum value at concentration of 50 mg/L.
