目的:通过观察血清脂联素(APN)水平与慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠心肌纤维化的关系,探讨APN在心肌纤维化发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用肾上腹主动脉缩窄法制作大鼠CHF模型,随机分为心衰1d 组、7d组和14d组,另设假手术组作为对照。测定各组大鼠左心室肌重量指数(LVMI)和心肌胶原容积分数(CVF, Masson染色),ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清APN水平。结果:心衰模型各组大鼠血清APN水平均高于假手术组(P <0.01),且随心肌纤维化程度的加重APN水平逐渐升高;APN水平与CHF大鼠LVMI、CVF呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论:APN可能参与了大鼠压力负荷型心肌纤维化的发生发展,其水平的高低与CHF 的严重程度有关。

목적:통과관찰혈청지련소(APN)수평여만성심력쇠갈(CHF)대서심기섬유화적관계,탐토APN재심기섬유화발생、발전중적작용。방법:채용신상복주동맥축착법제작대서CHF모형,수궤분위심쇠1d 조、7d조화14d조,령설가수술조작위대조。측정각조대서좌심실기중량지수(LVMI)화심기효원용적분수(CVF, Masson염색),ELISA법검측각조대서혈청APN수평。결과:심쇠모형각조대서혈청APN수평균고우가수술조(P <0.01),차수심기섬유화정도적가중APN수평축점승고;APN수평여CHF대서LVMI、CVF정정상관(P<0.01)。결론:APN가능삼여료대서압력부하형심기섬유화적발생발전,기수평적고저여CHF 적엄중정도유관。
Objective:To investigate the role of adiponectin (APN) in development of myocardial fibrosis by observing the relationship between theAPN level in serum and myocardial fibrosis in rats with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods:CHF rats’ model was established by ligating the abdominal aorta superior to the renal artery, and then the model rats were randomly divided into 1d group, 7d group and 14d group. The sham-operation group was taken as control at the same time. The left ventricular mass index (LVMI), myocardial collagen volume fraction (CVF, Masson staining) andAPN level in serum (ELISA) of rats in each group were respectively detected.Results:TheAPN level in serum of rats in each CHF model group were obviously higher than that of rats in sham-operation group (P< 0.01); moreover, theAPN level increased gradually along with severity of myocardial fibrosis. TheAPN level was positively correlated with LVMI and CVF in CHF rats (P< 0.01). Conclusions:APN may be involved in development of pressure overload myocardial fibrosis, and its level is associatedwiththeseverityofCHF.
