建立了食品包装材料中三(1,3-二氯丙基)磷酸酯、磷酸三氯丙酯2种有机磷酸酯含量测定的气相色谱检测方法。对前处理过程中超声波萃取条件进行优化:选择丙酮为萃取溶剂,用量为20mL,萃取时间为30min。试验结果表明:2种有机磷酸酯的线性范围为0.1~50mg/L,检出限为0.04mg/kg,方法的加标回收率为89.2%~96.2%,相对标准偏差为2.62%~4.78%。

An analytical method for determination of organophosphorus triesters ,such as Tris(2-chloropro-pyl)Phosphate(TCPP) and Tris(1,3-dichloro-2-propyl)Phosphate (TDCP) in food packing materials was es-tablished by gas chromatography method .The samples were extracted by supersonic extraction and the optimum conditions of extraction were obtained as the following:acetone used as the extraction solvent , the extraction time was 30min and the solvent volume was 20mL.The linear ranges of 2 kinds of organophosphorus triesters were 0.1~50mg/L,and the detection were 0.04mg/kg.The method recoveries were in the range of 89.2%~96.2%,and the method precisions were 2.62%~4.78%.
