For supplying defects of weighing and bagging machines available on the market ,the bulls fill-ing control systems based on time-self-calibration has been developed .The system′s flexibility and versatility has been improved and filling heads of filling system has been expended easily by the hardware structure of the system using distributed control system ( DCS);the control precision has been controlled by the software using error compensation of weight feedback;on the one hand the method of the self-calibration control reduced the entire system filling time ,and on the other hand it ensured the consistency of multiple filling heads ,improving the system′s ability of adapting to different filling liquids .
