在农用地整治项目规划设计中，准确快速地计算农田平整土方量对规划设计、投资估算及资金分配等具有重要意义。通过实施农田平整可以改变地形坡度，拦蓄雨水，增加土壤水分，防治水土流失，达到保水、保土、保肥目的，为建设高标准基本农田，提高耕地质量，实现耕地高产稳产创造了有利条件[1]。本文以陕县土地整治项目为例，根据项目区的3个片区的不同的地形地貌特征，重点阐述了在农用地整治项目中农田平整工程土方量的计算方法与步骤，为在我国黄土丘陵区开展高标准基本农田整治项目，在地形复杂地区实施土地平整快速准确地计算土方量提供借鉴。
