技术与文化是关涉人类历史根基的两大因素，其间形成了既对立又统一的互动机理。文化的技术化既有助于文化目的的有效实现，也是滋生文化疾患的根源。任何技术研发活动总是在一定的社会文化环境中展开的，众多文化理念与价值诉求都直接或间接地影响着技术创造。面对技术化时代的种种挑战，我们应当充分发挥先进文化的引导与规范作用，积极探索校正技术发展方向的路径与模式。

Technology and culture are two factors concerned in the foundation of human history , which formed the interactive mechanism of both opposite and unified . Technicalization of culture is contribute both to the effective realization of cultural purposes and the root causes of cultural diseases . Any technological innovation activities are always developing in a certain social and cultural environment , and numerous cultural ideas and values demands are directly or indirectly affect the technology creation . Facing various challenges of the technological era , we should play a role of guide and specification of advanced culture , and actively explore the path and pattern of right technology development direction .
