改革开放35年来，中国服务贸易与服务产业发展总体协调，服务贸易政策和服务产业政策取得了巨大成效。但从具体行业看，仍然存在制约服务贸易和服务产业协调发展的政策性障碍。以具体服务行业为分析对象，可梳理总结服务业开放政策、服务业出口政策与服务产业政策不协调的方面及具体表现。相应地，从体制机制、开放与改革、对外资开放与对民资开放、引进来和走出去、国内市场与国际市场相结合等方面，可提出加强服务贸易与服务产业协调发展的对策建议。
개혁개방35년래，중국복무무역여복무산업발전총체협조，복무무역정책화복무산업정책취득료거대성효。단종구체행업간，잉연존재제약복무무역화복무산업협조발전적정책성장애。이구체복무행업위분석대상，가소리총결복무업개방정책、복무업출구정책여복무산업정책불협조적방면급구체표현。상응지，종체제궤제、개방여개혁、대외자개방여대민자개방、인진래화주출거、국내시장여국제시장상결합등방면，가제출가강복무무역여복무산업협조발전적대책건의。
The paper indicates that China's coordinated development of trade and industry in services is good,and China has gained success in the policy making since 1 978. But from the view of the specific serv-ice industry,there are still many obstacles which constraint the coordination development. The paper intro-duces the uncoordinated aspects in service trade and service industry development. Then,it proposes sugges-tions to strengthen coordination in services trade and industry development from institutional mechanism,re-form and opening-up, foreign company and private enterprise, bringing-in and going-out and the domestic market and international market.
