建立了流动注射化学发光测定姜黄素的新方法.在优化条件下,控制姜黄素浓度为5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L范围时,其浓度与反应体系的相对化学发光强度有良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(3σ)为6.3×10-9 mol/L,对浓度为5.0×10-6 mol/L的姜黄素平行测定9次,其相对标准偏差为2.6%.本法用于药用姜黄中姜黄素总量的测定,与紫外分光光度法测定结果基本一致,采用标准加入法,回收率为96.5%~105.2%.
建立瞭流動註射化學髮光測定薑黃素的新方法.在優化條件下,控製薑黃素濃度為5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L範圍時,其濃度與反應體繫的相對化學髮光彊度有良好的線性關繫,方法的檢齣限(3σ)為6.3×10-9 mol/L,對濃度為5.0×10-6 mol/L的薑黃素平行測定9次,其相對標準偏差為2.6%.本法用于藥用薑黃中薑黃素總量的測定,與紫外分光光度法測定結果基本一緻,採用標準加入法,迴收率為96.5%~105.2%.
건립료류동주사화학발광측정강황소적신방법.재우화조건하,공제강황소농도위5.0×10-8~1.0×10-5 mol/L범위시,기농도여반응체계적상대화학발광강도유량호적선성관계,방법적검출한(3σ)위6.3×10-9 mol/L,대농도위5.0×10-6 mol/L적강황소평행측정9차,기상대표준편차위2.6%.본법용우약용강황중강황소총량적측정,여자외분광광도법측정결과기본일치,채용표준가입법,회수솔위96.5%~105.2%.
Under the optimum conditions,the chemiluminescence intensity is linearly related to the concen-tration of curcumin in the range of 5. 0 × 10 -8 ~1. 0 × 10 -5 mol/L with a limit of detection(LOD,3)of 6. 3 × 10 -9 mol/L. The relative standard deviation was 2. 6%for 5. 0 × 10 -6 mol/L curcumin(n=9). The proposed method has been used for the determination of curcuminoids in the medicinal turmeric and the recovery is in the range of 96 . 5%~105 . 2%. The results were in good agreement with those obtained by ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.
