刺激性、魅惑性和高黏性使网络游戏产业背负“原罪”恶名。现实生活中青少年网络游戏成瘾者不计其数,因网络游戏痴迷而引发的犯罪更是触目惊心。作为新兴文化产业,网络游戏产业需要发展,但作为特殊产业,网络游戏产业更需要规范和控制。最理想的治理模式是网络游戏业者和玩家自觉控制游戏烈度和游玩时间,但玩家的刺激性偏好及业者的嗜利本性将使这种市场的自我调节变得低效,甚至失灵。因此,政府调控、法律管控和社会监管必须多管齐下,将网络游戏产业的危害控制在玩家个体和整个社会可以承受的范围。

The sin of online games industry comes from the high irritating, charming and viscosity feature of online games. There are countless young IADs and shocking crimes caused by online games fa-natics in current china. As an emerging cultural industry, online games industry needs to develop, but more to be standardized and controlled as a special industry. The ideal model of governance is to let de-velopers and players have self-control of the hot intensity and gaming time, however, the ideal way be-comes inefficient and futile because of the players ’ irritating preferences and the industry ’ s interests driving nature. Therefore, governmental regulations, legal control and social supervision are needed to limit the hazards into an acceptable range both for players and the society.
