通过采用金相组织分析和硬度检测等方法对U71MnSiCu钢的热处理工艺参数进行研究。根据试验结果制定了U71MnSiCu钢轨的热处理工艺并用于生产实践中。最终18件钢轨均获得较高硬度值,一次性合格率100%。

The heat treatment parameters of U 71MnSiCu steel are studied by using the methods of metallographic analysis and hardness test .The heat treatment process of U71MnSiCu steel rail is made and used for production prac-tice according to test results .At last 18 pieces of steel rails have received a higher hardness values and a one -time pass rate is 100%.
