Special-grade Teachers%present status%development countermeasures
特级教师是师德的表率、育人的模范、教学的专家。特级教师是当地基础教育的宝贵财富。弘扬特级教师精神是时代的要求，社会的需求，教育的需求。为了充分发挥特级教师的示范辐射作用，本文以广东在职的中小学特级教师为例，结合特级教师基本现状调查的思考，从特级教师评选指标、评选方法、激励政策、成长平台等方面提出了相关的建议与对策。
特級教師是師德的錶率、育人的模範、教學的專傢。特級教師是噹地基礎教育的寶貴財富。弘颺特級教師精神是時代的要求，社會的需求，教育的需求。為瞭充分髮揮特級教師的示範輻射作用，本文以廣東在職的中小學特級教師為例，結閤特級教師基本現狀調查的思攷，從特級教師評選指標、評選方法、激勵政策、成長平檯等方麵提齣瞭相關的建議與對策。

Special-grade Teachers are moral models , education models ,and teaching experts . Special-grade Teachers are valuable assets to local basic education . Carrying forward the spirit of Special-grade Teachers is the requirements of the times and the needs of society and education . In order to give full play to the role of the Special-grade Teachers'demonstration , this thesis takes an empirical research on the present status of primary and secondary Special-grade Teachers in Guangdong . It puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures with regard to selection index , selection methods , incentive policiess ,and grow th platform .
